Refund Policy
Please choose carefully before placing an order. All artworks from Nikki Malvar Studio are produced to order, and for this reason we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect selection.
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your artwork arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us in writing at studio@nikkimalvar.com within a reasonable timeframe after delivery. To help us assess the issue promptly, we may request photographs and further details.
Returned items may be subject to inspection before a refund, replacement, or other remedy is provided.
Where a product has a major fault, you may be entitled to a refund, replacement, or other remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Where a fault is minor and can be reasonably remedied, we may offer replacement.
Conditions for Returns
Where a return is required, we may ask that:
the artwork is returned in the condition received (no additional damage);
any accompanying documentation is included; and
proof of purchase is provided.
Return timeframes and arrangements will be confirmed with you on a case-by-case basis.
Exclusions
Refunds or replacements are not available for:
change of mind or incorrect selection;
damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or failure to exercise reasonable care after delivery;
minor variations inherent to fine art printing, including paper texture or surface characteristics, which form part of the nature of the work.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major fault and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major fault.
