Field Notes: The Newsletter

This is a small, irregular mailing list for people who enjoy stories from the road, observations made while travelling, and the occasional moment where things go slightly (or spectacularly) wrong.

I write about places I’ve been, things I’ve noticed, and what happens when you spend enough time somewhere unfamiliar - including the beautiful parts, the absurd parts, and the character-building parts I probably didn’t need but got anyway.

Sometimes it’s about photography.
Other times it’s poetic musings about light, place, or why a cute jumpsuit should never be trusted. Mostly, it’s about paying attention long enough for something interesting to happen.

There’s no schedule, no funnel, and no grand content plan. Emails arrive occasionally, when there’s actually a story worth telling.

If you’ve read something before and thought, “yes, more of this please”, you’re very welcome to subscribe properly below.
